Weddings at Haygood

We are delighted that you are considering Haygood Memorial United Methodist Church for your wedding. We share in your joy and celebration as you prepare and would be honored to host this sacred occasion.

A wedding is a sacred event, honoring God’s presence in the union of two individuals. With his presence and power Jesus graced a wedding at Cana of Galilee, and in his sacrificial love gave us the example for the love within the marriage covenant. As the Apostle Paul wrote:

"Love is patient; love is kind. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends."— 1 Corinthians 13
