Mother's Day is May 10th. This year we are collecting pictures of your mom, or a short video from children saying what they love about their mom and wishing a "Happy Mother's Day!" At Haygood we celebrate all moms and motherly figures in our lives. All photos and videos must be submitted by Wednesday, May 6.

Here is how to film you video:

• Please record the message horizontally.   

• Support the filming device so that it is steady, and try to position it at eye level.

• Film in diffuse light against a neutral background. 

• Try to send  "HD" videos, meaning in your camera video settings try to make sure it's set to 1920x1080 resolution or maybe it says "HD" resolution. 

• If you're shooting on an iphone,  go into your camera settings and see if there's something to set your videos to "most compatible" instead of "high efficiency".

• Send the file over the cloud - dropbox, google drive, icloud, iphotos - to  ashley@haygoodumc.org..
